Head Goalie Instructor
Mike Shelley has dedicated nearly two decades to the world of hockey, primarily as the goalie coach for the Potomac Patriots junior program. His journey has been by collaborations with other talented and experienced professional coaches where he has gained invaluable insights and tips. Currently, Mike is at the helm of the Potomac Patriots USPHL Elite team, passionately working to elevate the game of goaltending in the NOVA area. His commitment to developing young talent is evident in everything he does.

Michael brings over a decade of playing experience to the table and has dedicated nearly half that time to coaching with Patriot Goaltending. His expertise is further enhanced by his work with ProCrease Goaltending in Connecticut, where he has gained valuable insights and skills. With a wealth of knowledge and passion for the game, Michael is committed to developing goaltenders at all levels.
